DAVID CLARK, SKYTRACE VENTURES David Clark is the President of SkyTrace Ventures and the Founder and Venture Partner of Indiana Angel Network Fund. His comprehensive background spans a multitude of industries that have included health care, technology, consumer goods, telecommunications, financial, and many other sectors. David has held leadership roles with multimillion to billion-dollar IT and telecommunications organizations such as Director of European Product Marketing, Vice President of Regional Sales, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Executive Officer. He received the Growth 100 Award from Indiana University Kelley School of Business and was also nominated for Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award.
JEFF GOOD, MACCOUNTING Jeff is a CPA and CFO whose professional career reflects over 30 years of successful business management and executive leadership experience. In addition to a solid foundation in finance and accounting, his hands-on expertise includes development and implementation of organizational growth strategies, capital formation, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and employee compensation and benefits. As a Managing Director at mAccounting, LLC, Jeff has been active in helping position mAccounting as a leading firm supporting the growth of entrepreneurial companies and other organizations throughout Indiana and beyond.
MATT TUOHY, INDIANA ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION Matt transferred to the Indiana Economic Development Corp in 2006 after having been at the Indiana Finance Authority for more than six years. Matt previously worked for a commercial bank for more than twelve years. His experience includes retail branch management, consumer and small business lending and underwriting, regional retail performance management, revolving loan portfolio management, and sub-prime lending and underwriting. As Program Manager, he manages compliance and reporting for the 21 Fund, State Small Business Credit Initiative (SSBCI), Indiana Capital Access Program (CAP), Motorsports Improvement Fund, and portfolio management of programs.
BARBARA UGGEN-DAVIS, ELEVATE VENTURES Barbara has over 20 years’ experience in operations management, accounting, and human resources for start-ups, small business, and nonprofit. She was a purchasing agent in the United States Property and Fiscal Office for the Alaska Army National Guard; an Operations Manager for La Pointique (an orthopedic device importer); Chief Operating Officer for OBS Medical (a medical software startup), and Chief Financial Officer of Keramida (an environmental company) before joining Elevate Ventures in 2012. Barbara is a member of the Institute of Management Accountants and the Indiana CPA Society.
